  • Insurance

  • - Insurance is charged at an average of £20 per day for use in the UK only.
  • - Please note this is subject to your driving history, please make an enquiry for an accurate quote.
  • - We strongly reccommend that you obtain personal travel insurance for all passengers, we recommend www.insureandgo.com

  • Payment

  • - £30 per day deposit is required to secure a booking 
  • - If paying by cheque please ensure we have recieved it 7 days prior to hire to ensure it clears
  • - All documentation must be in original format, no photocopies
  • - All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT
  • - A £1250 security deposit will be secured against your credit card or taken in the form of cash on the day of hire, this which will be refunded on return of the vehicle providing it is returned in the condition it was taken.

  • Full Inventory

  • - T.V/DVD/Freeview/CD player, 4 hob burner/Grill, Refrigerator, Kettle, Toaster, Propane gas, First aid kit, All crockery/cutlery, Fire extinguisher, Pots & pans, Toilet fluid, Cleaning products, Corkscrew, Coffee cafetier, Tea towels, Table & chairs, Bike rack

  • Bookings & Cancellations

  • - A booking will only be valid when the initial deposit is recieved by us
  • - If you do not turn up to a booking, will forefit the entire hire charge
  • - No refund is given for early returns
  • - Bookings in the summer months are 5 days minumum, 3 days for the remainder of the year
  • - Mileage is unlimited on all trips
  • - If the hirer terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs, as long as a further rental is not possible: Termination: -  up to 49 days before rental period:                                          10% of rental price -  up to 35 days before rental period:                                          30% of rental price -  up to 21 days before rental period:                                          60% of rental price -  up to 14 days before rental period:                                          90% of rental price -  Less than 14 days before rental period:                                  100% of rental price The Advertiser can thereafter let the motorhome to someone else. If the Tenant terminates their hire before the departure date for any reason, they are still obliged to pay the full rental price.Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be date the document is received by the owner.

  • Availability

  • - Sandal Motorhomes reserve the right to offer alternative models with the same specification as those advertised/booked

  • Breakdowns

  • - In the very unlikely event of a breakdown, the AA emergency services are available on request of the hirer, this is included in the booking fee. More details upon hire of the vehicle.For further details please read our Terms & Conditions.
  • - Roadside cover is included for one named driver

  • General Advice

  • - When travelling to colder climates, we advise that you take an extra electric heater that can be used with campsite hook-ups
  • - Documents required prior to hire : Driving licence or passport, current council tax bill alternatively 2 utility bills
